(After firearms or ammo is transferred to the customer it is possible that it could be damaged and/or tampered with. As a result, when firearms or ammo leaves the store, it is seen as used.) We appreciate your understanding.

~Layaway's not completed are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

(When a layaway is put in place, the item is taken off of the floor for the customer attempting to purchase. While this item is off the floor, it is unable to be sold. If the customer should choose not to follow through with his/her layaway, a restocking fee is reasonable, as the item could have been sold in that time.)
